Effectiveness in Workout energy and gains
My circumstances are not optimum for training. I work long hours in a hostile environment. My shift is midnights but due to managerial disfunction I have to work an additional 4 hours into the very busy dayshift. I am also 62 and living in a semi homeless situation. Despite this I decided to once again hit the gym and augment my training with HOT STUFF, TONGKAT ALI and specialize herbs. In my first cycle I made tremendous gains on upper body muscle growth and strength. This was always a problem area when I was younger and had a better living situation. My workouts were 20 minutes of intense lifting. The fact my upper arms are bigger and stronger are testament to the effectiveness of these supplements. My 2nd cycle I added the Xtreme and BCAA formulas. I can now workout 2 and 3 hours and my power has increased. I am careful with the Xtreme due to my age as well as the possibility I might waste the energy on the job instead of in the gym. The BCAA's I follow the directions believe this is where I am gaining now because I use less HOT STUFF! I will continue with these.
