Like a few have previously stated, this is not the Hot Stuff of yesteryear. To me it tastes the same, but so far I’m into my third going on fourth week of use and it just doesn’t feel the same. Back in the mid 90s by this time my gains exploded off the charts. I was at a sticking point then boom! All of a sudden I’m benching twenty pounds more than my previous max for reps! Within six months I gained 90 pounds on my bench. Mind you I was stuck for months at my previous max until I started on the Hot Stuff. I was taking only one scoop instead of the recommended two scoops! There was just something different about that formula. Many others I talk to who used Hot Stuff back in the day feel the same way. I am admittedly much older now and that has something to do with my overall outlook, but there is definitely something missing. I will continue on with my Hot Stuff/workout regimen to assess it further. It does seem to give me energy.

Fantastic Supplement
Hot Stuff is hands down the best all inclusive protein supplement I've used.
Taken as directed before my workout, I am feeling more energy and focus.

I use it as a shake, to make banana bread, muffins, cookies. I love this product. I have used it since the 90's. It was ground breaking then, and still formidable today.

Outstanding product
While not the same as the '96 formula, this product still packs a multitude of phenomenal products in one package keeping you from having to swallow dozens of vitamin/mineral/herb supplements. Easy to uptake and unlike other "creatine" type products it doesn't make you puff up but keeps you solid and reduces muscle soreness to keep you motivated to lift.

I used Hot Stuff back in the day. It was the best product on the market for accelerating strength gains. All these years later, Hot Stuff is back. No, it is not the same exact formula, but it still works better than anything legal on the market. I can absolutely attest to its' efficacy- I have set new PRs after decades of heavy lifting and I am 56 years old. The customer service is also excellent. Do not waste your money on other products and brands. Be smart, use Hot Stuff and keep on getting stronger and stronger.

Always go back to what works.
I used the original version. New version works well for me on all gains. Not as quick gains as origianl but stuff does work. I can see results and has a great taste.

I've been using this product Since the Original formula in the 1980's which we'll never see again. But it still is very good supplement for anyone trying to stay lean and gain muscle at the same time.

once you lose the energy of youth, it is a constant struggle to regain it.
